Our experience with Cloud 9 Fiji was frustrating from start to finish. I emailed them ahead of time to ask whether children were allowed, and they replied that *kids were not permitted*. I then sent a follow-up email with a few additional questions, which they completely ignored. No response at all.
Based on their answer, we chartered a private boat with the intention of going—but ultimately decided not to, out of respect for what we were told was a strict “no kids” policy.
A few days later, we found out that our friends had visited Cloud 9 *with their children*—and were allowed in without any issue.
So which is it? Cloud 9 gave us a flat-out “no,” ignored further communication, and caused us to waste time and money planning around a policy they clearly don’t enforce consistently. The lack of professionalism and transparency is incredibly disappointing, especially for a venue that markets itself as a premium experience.
Would not recommend—there are far better, more reliable ways to enjoy Fiji.
