Gift experience, yet over charged!
Chew Valley Animal Park的点评
点评：The capybara experience itself was great, pebbles and Fred are lovely and really enjoy a good scratch and some veggie treats, very gentle animals. Liam the keeper is extremely knowledgeable and really made us feel welcome and answered all my questions.
The remainder of the park had a wide variety of animals from common petting zoo type animals to some a little more exotic. Some of the animals appeared stressed and unhappy particularly the raccoons, the cage seemed very small for this type of animal.
Generally, the animals looked well cared for but doesn’t seem a suitable facility for “some” of the more exotic animals.
Gift shop is a bit underwhelming.
A few days later I checked my bank account and noticed I was overcharged for the entrance fee for my wife, I have tried to contact Chew Valley but yet to receive any reply. Please be cautious when paying for your entrance fee via their contactless payment system.
