点评:We went to Venice in February for Carnivale with friends in 2025. One of our favorite activities was the cooking class led by Chef Franco at the Gritti Palace. The day began by taking us around Venice to the market to pick up our fresh local ingredients. Franco took us to get cicchetti at one of his friends bars before we started our cooking. Learning the techniques from a master like Franco was so special and all of the food was delicious! I especially liked the artichokes and risotto with shaved black truffle. They send you on your way with the recipes and a gift of locally sources honey. Afterwards we spent the afternoon on the terrace of Gritti overlooking the canal enjoying some wine. A truly perfect day! Would highly recommend whole visiting Venice!
