点评:The entire experience was first class! Chef Franco is a master of his craft and we were fortunate to have him as an amazing guide for the day as well. He took our group to the market where we got to watch and learn how he came up with our menu based on the freshness and quality of what was freshly caught that morning! On our way back to the Giritti Palace, we had an opportunity to stop at a small cichetti bar where we had the opportunity to spend some time together as a group and get to know each other. One we were back in the kitchen, it was a real thrill to be made a part of the process while we assisted Chef in making our lunch. When lunch was served it was paired with amazing wines by the Gritti Sommelier and we all conversed and laughed throughout the entire experience. It’s one of those experiences you hope never ends and you are sad when it does. Truly unique and a must if you’re lucky enough to have the chance.
