Simply not good enough

点评：Went with family for a Sunday dinner. Menu has changed. Option of roast beef or roast ham only (roast ham??). Ordered at 13:15, out of beef!
Didn’t fancy roast ham, whatever that is (Mum went for it). I went for the ham egg and chips. Mum had the roast ham that was quite tough.
Brought water out and other drinks. I’m not sure what standards are expected by the owners but you can look at the state of the jug yourself. If basics of making glassware look clean aren’t being covered then I wouldn’t want to see in the kitchen.
Ham egg and frozen fries, all was ok other than the ham which was just salt! Couldn’t taste the ham at all and I could only eat one bit. Crispy onion on salad was nice.
Children wanted tomato ketchup and mayonnaise. Was brought an empty tomato sauce bottle and the smallest ever pot of mayonnaise.
Took the ketchup bottle back to the counter, which was refilled, but not brought back to the table. I had to go back to the counter to ask for it back.
Four people stood behind counter, only looked like a couple were actually working.
It’s relatively cheap. I’d rather pay more, have clean glasses etc, and actually be able to get a traditional roast on a Sunday and some decent service!
