点评：First off the smoking policy is not inforced in the park. People smoke where ever they please. There should be one designated place for smoking and not next to rides geared towards the younger children. I saw more than one group not put on their wristband and shared one wristband with four adults. You should not be allowed on the ride if your wristband is not on your wrist. Last, when the employee for the ride does not say anything as they are loading the ride, then they scan the children and tell the parents they have to wait for the next ride. Leaving younger children standing outside the rides so the parents then can ride is a big safety issue and your workers should be putting safety first. Particularly a female employee working the Clockwork at 8:00 pm on March 19, 2025. Safety was not her number one priority. I saw her split parents from children on more than one occasion on her shift this night. She did not say anything just opened the gate and started scanning, then stopped the parents and said no more. Unlike other employees who would ask how many were in your group she did not. Her communication skills are lacking.
