Arrogant security guards and staff

点评：Very very unprofessional. the security guards treat you in a way that makes you feel you shouldnt be there, and if you have a baby face or look like a teenager it’s even worse . Was holding my key cars while walking there with my friends and one of them came and started asking what i was holding until he noticed it’s car keys, and he didn’t even apologize when noticing instead he was like “it’s good for you it’s only keys” . Another time when it was raining i had left with my umbrella then i had to call quickly my family, so when i went back in he stopped and forced me to put a plastic bag for the umbrella so i tried but since their bags didnt work on my umbrella because it was too small i explained to him i just needed to call for a second and go back out he insisted while i even told him to keep the umbrella in the outside where he was standing since their bag was clearly not gonna fit but he refused in a very arrogant way. (i was very polite all the time and tried to be nice with him).
And there’s a lot more stories like these you can find. I think the least they could do is to put staff that respect the clients since any average person shopping there would be spending hundreds of dollars for their crazy overpriced items.
Ps: And all of these security agents dont even help for people or stores safety.
