Big Sky的点评
点评：Had another great visit with our two children. The extra activities (for no cost) the children can take part in our great. The staff were all really lovely and i think management are lucky that they have genuinely helpful, friendly and interactive staff. We particularly liked Kelsey, Lara and Frankie - great members of staff who really seem to enjoy their jobs and are so good with the children.
Only two things that i believe could be improved on - the cleanliness of the soft play generally. I appreciate the size of the soft play will make cleaning difficult, however, there were many areas where it
was visibly dirty and looked like it had been like that for a while. I don’t know how often deep cleans take place but maybe this could be considered more frequently?
Only other minor issue is the climbing wall could really do with another adult and why not let more than one child on at a time? It’s a long wait at times otherwise when
