Terrible tour guide, I wish I could give zero star.

点评：Terrible tour guide. I visited the Roman Catacombs with my family. When we paid for the tickets, the receptionist said that the tour is in Dutch, but the tour guide will tell us the highlights in English. He did not do that. He treated us like animals when he understood that we cannot speak Dutch. He treated other visitors who cannot speak Dutch in the same way. He blamed some visitors for sabotaging the tour because their child was crying for 2 minutes! He saw that the parents were trying to calm the child down. He threatened to kick some visitors out of the tour. He even pushed a visitor when he realized that the visitor cannot understand his Dutch words. He did all this although he knows English well. This is a touristic site. People come from other countries to visit. They don't have to know Dutch just to visit the catacombs. Don't go unless you want to be treated like an animal.
翻译：糟糕的导游。我和家人一起参观了罗马地下墓穴。我们买票的时候，接待员说导游是用荷兰语讲解的，但导游会用英语讲解景点。他根本没这么做。他明知道我们不会说荷兰语，却把我们当牲畜一样对待。他用同样的方式对待其他不会说荷兰语的游客。他指责一些游客破坏了行程，因为他们的孩子哭了两分钟！他看到家长们正在努力安抚孩子。他威胁要把一些游客赶出团。他甚至推搡了一位游客，因为他发现这位游客听不懂他的荷兰语。尽管他英语很好，但他还是这么做了。这是一个旅游景点。人们从其他国家来参观。他们不必懂荷兰语才能参观地下墓穴。除非你想被当牲畜一样对待，否则千万别去。
