点评:Chef's Table lunch and tasting was beautiful. The drive in is lovely as you drive by the vineyards and sweet Scottish highland cows grazing on the side of the road. The tasting room was set with each person’s personalized menu at their seat overlooking the picturesque grounds. Truly a postcard setting. The tour of the cave was also very enjoyable and then you are brought back to enjoy the thoughtfully paired wine with small dishes. We found out the meal was prepared by chef Thomas Mendel, champion of World’s Best Young Chef of 2024. Each plate was artistically plated and so flavorful. The food was a good as the wine! The only negative feedback is, we arrived 15 min early and instead of saying coming in and enjoy the grounds/view while we get everything ready, the person who opened the gate for us suggested we could go get coffee and then come back. We opted to wait in our car until it was time for our tasting. We found that to be an odd suggestion. Other than that everything was great
