点评：Our hearts are overflowing with joy and gratitude after our unforgettable experience at Hamel! From the moment we began planning, Petra’s exceptional assistance ensured every detail was flawlessly arranged—from the timing of our chef’s tasting to dinner reservations and the seamless check-in and checkout at the Ranch House. Achieving the perfect harmony of elegance, exclusivity, and warm hospitality is no small feat, yet Petra, James, and the entire Hamel team accomplished it with effortless grace.
The wines? Divine! Each sip was a revelation, and when paired with the chef’s exquisite creations, our taste buds were in pure bliss. We’ve been utterly spoiled; other wineries’ tastings will have a hard time measuring up to Hamel.
Our two-night stay at the Ranch House was the cherry on top. The moment we stepped inside, it felt both invitingly familiar and intriguingly unique. Every aspect exuded thoughtful refinement—from the leather-wrapped iron railings and pristine antique chests to the photograph-worthy wallpapers, top-of-the-line Viking appliances, and sumptuous bedding. It was sheer perfection.
The Hamel experience now holds a cherished spot among my all-time favorites. Thank you, Petra and Hamel Family, for supporting the Glancy Wine Foundation and making our stay memorable. Forever grateful!!
