Sky's The Limit Observatory and Nature Center的点评
点评：Once a month, when there is no moon, there is a special Night Sky event. We tried to get into the 6pm time, but it was filled. Apparently, there was enough interest that night that they opened another event at 7:30 and we got into that one. One person was giving a talk with powerpoint pictures related to various aspects of the universe. In addition to the talk, one could look into the big telescope and get a pretty good view of Jupiter along with 4 of its moons, which was pretty cool. There were also a number of amateur astronomers with their large telescopes focused on other night sky objects that were quite interesting to look at. Just remember to bring a thick coat and gloves/hat/scarf as it gets cold at night, especially during the winter months, even if the days are warm. All in all, in spite of a very cold night and, for us, a long drive that day, we really enjoyed this and were very glad we went.
