We recently attended the 10 PM screening at Director’s Club 3 on 11/23/24. While we appreciated the relaxing ambiance of the wine bar and the comfort of the cinema, we were very disappointed with the service that evening.
We had pre-ordered food, expecting it to be ready at our seats by the start of the movie. Unfortunately, this was not the case. Not only were our orders delayed by nearly an hour, but they were also incorrect. Additionally, the repeated interruptions by staff delivering food throughout the screening made it difficult to focus on the movie.
It was evident that there was poor coordination among the crew, as different staff members kept approaching us to confirm our orders. This lack of organization detracted from what should have been a seamless and enjoyable experience, especially given the premium price we paid.
While we appreciated the overall facilities, this experience fell short of the high standards expected at the Director’s Club. We hope steps will be taken to improve service coordination and efficiency in the future.
