Club has gone downhill

点评：I've been a member at this club for many years. It started out nice, with nice people and management. It has gone downhill and is really in need of a major overhaul from the ground up. The facility is severely lacking, and the pool area is closed constantly for repairs, so if you are thinking of joining for the aquatics, you might want to look somewhere else. The management could also use some training, or replacement. My locker rental expired (still in question but neither here nor there at this point), and the club not only cut my lock off, while I was still a member in good standing, but proceeded to throw ALL of my belongings in the trash. Not an email, nor a phone call to their member to give me a heads up, or I would have gladly paid for another year on my locker. It honestly took them a lot more time and effort to do what they did. Tried to contact the regional manager (Louis Lombardo), and he directed me to the assistant manager (Danielle Wright). This wouldn't have been a problem, however she was no help at all and was actually quite insulting. Tried calling the Mr. Lombardo again and he (for the second time) refused to return my call. I took my money somewhere else.
