点评:One more forgotten soulful destination in our ancient Bharatvarsha! The famous Ganesh Temple, where the “Vigraha” is carved out of one single stone, a monolithic marvel of its times.
The temple is located at the foothills of Hemkuta Hill and echoes the prevalent worshipping rituals of our times. Ganesh ji is the deity woroshipped foremost in every sacred puja that is carried out in Indian households. He is the destroyer of ignorance and hurdles and inspires you to listen more and speak only worthwhile words.
Unfortunately, the main Vigraha has been broken/ desecrated by our forced favorites, stupid Mughal invaders who did not know the value of knowledge, who only thought destruction is the goal of their useless lives.
Must visit for every Indian to understand of the glory that we had once upon a time. Rather more crucial, would be to think of what made us lose such powerful merchant status and turn into a self-critical nation, that we are now.
Tickets required for the complete set of temples here. Carry enough water to keep yourself hydarated.
All types of payments accepted here – UPI, cash, debit cards, credit cards. Parking available in ample on the main road only.
