点评：We had a wonderful family vacation at Hollywood Sharm! From the first moment, we felt so welcome — Mr. Sayed and Ms. Mona at the reception greeted us warmly and arranged spacious, comfortable rooms for our family.
Mr. Fadi from maintenance was always available and solved every small issue right away. In the restaurant, Mr. Shadi, Mr. Shahr, and their amazing team — Dunia, Esraa, and Ahmed — gave us the best service throughout our stay. Every meal was a pleasure, and since we were on the all-inclusive plan, they even invited us to try different à la carte restaurants in the hotel.
Our room attendants, Ahmed and Anter, kept everything spotless and surprised us every day with beautiful towel decorations — the kids loved it!
A big thank you to Mr. Mohammed, the Head of Security, who was always kind and attentive; to Mr. Wael by the pool for reserving our sunbeds and bringing us fresh towels; and to Mohamed from IT, who made sure we had a strong Wi-Fi connection in our rooms.
Every member of the staff went above and beyond to make our stay special. Thanks to them, our trip was relaxing, fun, and truly unforgettable. Highly recommended!
