点评：I am anglophone and the receptionist did not explain to me that there was a number on the key, just gave it to me and let me figure it out. So I put my stuff in the wrong locker thinking I just had to pick one. There are no changing rooms so I went to a blow dry corner to change. In that time of me changing someone stole all the cash from my wallet and it was my family’s Christmas money from my grandmother. I figured out after I changed that I have a locker number and put my stuff away. Nowhere on the website is it listed that you need to bring flip flops or buy them or that they are mandatory so that was an extra charge we were not anticipating. It says you can only have drinks in the seating area on the rooftop we sat there for 30 mins and no one came up to us to take our drink order. The only table indoors was not ready and everyone else got cloth napkins and we were given paper ones. The prices are ridiculous and the portions small. $19 for bbq nachos that are supposed to be for a group but it’s a single portion. Then my husband and I went in the sauna for literally 1 minute and took our flip flops off as directed on the door. We came out and my husband had his flip flops stolen! We had just bought them up front too. The “full moon ritual” didn’t include half of what they said: no UV lights, no full moon viewing, just a 200 degrees sauna getting hotter and hotter and a shot glass of blueberry juice even though the event said a free cocktail. Usually you can’t bring your phones in a spa and there were lots of people taking pictures and videos not caring who they got in the background. There was also ice on the outdoor chairs they did not bother to scrape it off and my skin got stuck to it. Definitely never coming here again!
