点评:I’d received a voucher for Mother’s Day and was really looking forward to using it in December as a last treat before our third baby arrives. Unfortunately, the day before we both became very ill with a nasty virus with fevers, cough, shaking, sickness and headaches. Our children also caught it so we were unable to use the childcare we’d arranged. We didn’t want to risk spreading this nasty virus to the other pottery customers, as well as being too ill to attend ourselves, so asked if we could transfer the booking to the next week, which had spaces available, and we were happy to pay a transfer fee. Honeybourne Pottery refused and kept the full £200 of our money. They offered a little money off rebooking which would mean that in order to rebook, having already paid hundreds of pounds, we would have to pay hundreds more! So upset to have lost both the opportunity and all the money, when we could easily have paid an additional charge to transfer to the next week.
