点评：Amazing place, you can only get there before sunrise if you stay within the national park, otherwise you have to wait until they open the gate, some 60 km away from Deadvlei at the Sussevlei entrance. Entry costs 200 Namibian for solo persons or 350, for two. It takes about an hour to get to the 4x4 parking lot, where you can either take a shuttle, or if you are in a 4x4 drive yourself to the Deadvlei parking lot, about 1 km in deep sand. You need to know what you are doing in the sand, otherwise you will get stuck.
Best time to go is first thing in the morning and make the 1.1 km hike to the trees and get out before 10 so that the sand is still cold and thick, the later in the day the more powdered is the sand as it gets well above 100 degrees F°
