点评：It's hard to know where to start because our entire experience at Karlic Tartufi was wonderful! The setting is absolutely beautiful and everyone is SO friendly from the minute that we arrived until the minute that we left.
We booked a private truffle hunting experience followed by a tasting of wonderful truffle items. Our guide, Ben, was absolutely fantastic and took great care of us while giving us an authentic truffle hunting experience. We had an amazing time hiking through the muddy woods and experiencing Ben work with dogs Lela and Truffi (sorry if I misspelled their names). It was fascinating to watch the dogs work and to see how hard truffle hunters have to work to find these little treasures. It was also really interesting to learn so much about truffles and truffle hunting. We gained a lot of knowledge about why truffles are so special and expensive.
Once we finished our hunting, we went into the beautiful dining room (after cleaning off our shoes) where there was a lovely spread of delicious truffle items (cheese, spreads, oils, etc) that we enjoyed while relaxing with the gorgeous view and homemade wine.
Of course, we finished up by visiting the shop and purchasing a lot of delicious truffle products to take home.
We HIGHLY recommend this tour and thank Ben and everyone else at Karlic Tartufi for a truly amazing and unique experience.
