TLDR: if you’ve thought about doing this but have been a little worried, this is the place to do it. They set our mind and nerves at ease from our first causal onlook through to takeoff. I did this with my 21 year old daughter. It was amazing. I was a nervous wreck, my daughter way more adventurous. We each got the flight we wanted: mine finding every bit of smooth air possible, not too high, gentle turns. Hers much higher with rollercoaster turns. The team at FlyTandem talked us through everything, patiently answering all of our questions and exactly what to expect. Wolfgang snd Wolfgang the instructors have done thousands of flights and are total pros. If this is your first time considering a tandem flight, don’t think twice, just do it. This is the place to do it. Super well run operation. We opted for the longer flight and bought all the photos they took from their GoPro - expensive but incredible pics you can’t get yourself. Also think (hope?) that the pilots keep the photo money for themselves so kinda like tipping and actually getting something.
And the vistas, just wow. Spectacular setting to do this.
