点评：Deeply disappointing
We visited in the hope of RnR unfortunately we spent money to leave a spa still wet, overwhelmed and stressed.
We were told to get change (in the toilet cubicle) and return to be shown around,
Once we returned into the main room we were directed to uncovered very hard pastries that you were welcome to help yourself too.
Staff members forgot us and eventually after waiting for considerable time we just went in as it seemed no staff were available and we had been waiting for such length.
The first “changing area” I tried to use the locks didn’t work and the light continued to flick on and off throughout as bulb was on the blink. Then used a toilet area to change in a soaking wet shower room with another broken light, you couldn’t place any belongings down unless you are leaning them on a wooden toilet seat which felt unhygienic .
The lockers are already in the spa so your faffing next to people sat in the hot tub. It felt overbooked and was loud. The “salt room” chairs were wooden garden furniture without cushions that marked you.
The outdoor hot tub area had a considerable stench. There were visible scum forming on some of the plunge pools.
The shower gel in two showers were empty and the final one was just watered down and wouldn’t lather.
Then the only place to dry your hair is near (as in a few feet away) the hot tub by the unisex locker area in everyone’s way and next to people using tubs and trying to access the spa entry around you.
You can hear the hairdryer from all the “relaxation areas” so felt conscious of how disruptive it was.
Please don’t spend your hard earned money here.
