点评：I NEVER write negative reviews. I always believe that people are more likely to write bad reviews than good ones, so I try really hard to only write positive reviews. I actually wrote a great review for Crystal Springs years ago. I love the resort, and up until today, I'd recommend it to anyone. I got my daughter in law a "Daycation" voucher for Christmas this year. I scheduled our day and was very excited to have a great day with her. She had a facial scheduled for 12:00 and I was planning to do lunch with her at 1:00 before our 2:00 services. My plan was to relax at the pool while my daughter in law had her facial, have lunch and both of us had spa appointments at 2:00. Turns out, the Tavern was closed for an event and the Taqueria was not serving food. I spoke to someone at the Spa about it and she said, we are not affiliated with the restaurants. I went to the front desk and spoke with the manager who told me we can have lunch after our services. Or, we could come back for our lunch. I was traveling from the Philadelphia area, so that didn't work for me. I don't understand how you can offer a package for the spa and a meal but both the spa and the restaurant tell me they are not connected? And, when we left I gave the woman a gift card I received and was told it was used. It was not. This review saddens me because I always recommend Crystal Springs to my golf friends. I will never recommend it again. I always like to give credit to people that are good, so thank you to Cole at the Tacqueria and to Brian at the Bistro. They tried to make things right. Everyone else was uncaring and awful.
