Very Sad to see Sylvia Park Luxe going down.............

点评：We go to Sylvia Park, Luxe - regularly and have never had any problems whatsoever and do enjoy the experience - as long as you stay off eating as the food experience is never any good in any cinema!
Yesterday we went to Lux to see the 7.30 show - I was in Seat A3 and my partner next to me. First of all, being the seat nearest the exit the light bulb on the exit door was too bright and the cinema was never dark. I had a glass of wine - i noticed from the beginning that the wooden part to keep drinks etc was slanted and my water glass nearly fell down - all through the movie i had to keep an eye on my wine and my water glass and keep on pushing them back - but, alas, 15 minutes before the movie was to end the wine glass went splosh all over me - soaking my top, my face, my hair - the wine even reached my partner and onto his shirt. This was a very sad experience - also noticed the seat my partner was in was torn. Realise times are bad and no one wants to invest in repairs but at least close out damaged and faulty seats so customers dont have to suffer. It is not like you go full in Luxe any way.
