点评：I'm glad I visited Korlai Fort. I can guarantee that it will leave an impression on anyone who goes there. The view on the trek was excellent, and so was the cool breeze from the sea. There, I felt as if I was walking through history. The stone walls surrounded me, and the Portuguese carvings provided a glimpse into the past. The most amazing part was the calm, relaxing ambiance, alongside that, the blend of nature and history is purely beautiful.
While I looked onto the vast sea, I felt inner peace, especially with all the objects that were frozen in time. I would argue that finding such a place that has both a rich historical background and a fresh, natural environment is almost impossible.
If you enjoy adventure coupled with peace, Korlai Fort is certainly for you. Its refreshing atmosphere, magnificent views, nature, and, of course, rich past make it a perfect day trip location, and I will certainly be returning.
