点评：We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to the botanical garden, mainly because of our excellent guide, Roger, who is a botanist with a veritable fountain of knowledge about the trees in the garden. Roger told us about the history of each tree, including their ages and the medicinal and industrial uses of each species. We even got to sample a few fruits and baobab nuts from the trees. Without a guide, we would have been a bit lost, since there weren't any written explanations and few labels in the garden. It was well worth the 3000 CUP (approx 10 USD) fee per person for the tour. There's also a small restaurant in the garden where you can pass the time if you need to wait a little while for a guide to become available. I definitely recommend visiting this botanical garden. It was incredibly interesting!
