I told her our flight was at 2:30, and did we get closed out of the scheduled boat. She stated, " You need to go sit down, you need to remember that when you are on vacation, you will have delays." Instead, she gave me significant anxiety thinking we were closed out of the scheduled one. In the meantime, we could have taken the public ferry with better customer service. She was super rude. The guys on the boat were extremely nice, helpful, and professional. I called and spoke to a supervisor, and she told me to write an email. I wrote an email, and it's been two weeks with crickets. I think I will stick with Fun Time or the public ferry in the future. Desk staff is your front line to customer service. Obviously, there front desk personnel don't care about customer service and their attitude.
