点评：We had a wine tour in Judean Hills with Alon Itzhaki in early March 2025. It was an amazing experience. Alon's level of local knowledge and wine expertise is very difficult to overstate. Along with the introduction to small batch, exquisite boutique wineries that one would never think to look for on one's own, we had a historical rundown of places we not just visited, but also that we were just passing by. On our way to the wineries, we also visited some places of 1000 years old where the wines used to be made with an amazing stories behind them. Alon took his time to stop, tell us the stories, go through the the details and specifics of ancient wine making process in the Land Of Israel. Also, we didn't take a short route to the wineries, but rather a very picturesque routes with absolutely mesmerizing views of the "land of milk and honey", and, surely, of wine. The hospitality of the wineries that Alon suggested was above and beyond. Along with high qualities of wine, we had a chance of tasting of in-house grown olives, amazing home made olive oils and cheeses.
Alon's punctuality and dedication is beyond words. It felt like we knew the guy for years. Very friendly, forthcoming and and down-to-earth gentleman with a vast knowledge of history, wines and the land. Definitely, highly recommended! Your time and money will not be wasted. Thank you, Alon! We will be in touch when we come back next time to the land of wine!
Alon's punctuality and dedication is beyond words. It felt like we knew the guy for years.
