KK Leisure Tour & Rent A Car的点评
点评：When we arrived at midnight at KK airport and were passing immigration, i got a call from a friendly lady of KK Leisure Tour & Carrent, saying that our car is NOT ready, and they would instead arrange a Grab to send us to the hotel. So lucky that we did not decide to start our drive to Kundasang that night! I went looking for their shop at the airport, but could not find it, not a sign. It took a while to locate that Grab but it worked. I still had to argue and insist to get the rental car the next morning by 10am, but finally, they made it. Frankly, the car a Fortuner - was very good and we had no trouble and smooth rides. We did not get any discount for the delay in carrent, but also, we did not ask for it, not a big deal. I tried to understand that the previous renter did not return the car, or they messed up their booking system accidentally. They were very apologetic and friendly all they way, and no cheat.
Upon delivery, they asked us to keep the car longer as they would pick the car from the hotel we stayed, not far from the airport. We again, argued that we had to leave and they should pick up the car, which was done finally. I can recommend the rental company, as the car was totally fine, and for anyone interested, jut re-re- and re-confirm the date and time of the pick up and drop off, not expect a professional administration, and it will be fine..
