Pleasant staff but unclean premises.

点评：We are a family of four, we have never been to Splash before and after being greeted by friendly reception staff after entering the foyer we had high hopes.
We went into the changing village and into a family cubicle, the smell in the cubicle was absolutely vile and I immediately said to my husband it smells like poo. To save face for the kids my husband said maybe it was just the smell of the changing rooms but when we came out of the pool no other cubicle smelt this way. I can’t even stress how bad it smelt.
Honestly, the whole place looks grubby and tired. The tiles in the pool and surrounding areas are tired and yellowing, the stairs up to the slide were filthy - the whole place just needs a good scrub.
The staff were friendly and lifeguards are very attentive but the grubbiness definitely lets it down. Unfortunately we wont visit again.
