Vale Spa的点评
点评：Booked spa days for a friend and me to celebrate her birthday. The robe I got was dirty and had makeup on the sleeves. Friends massage was more like a simple skin rub. My facial was interesting with very little face cleaning or treating. Coffee and tea are an extra charge.
Facilities absolutely packed. One hot tub was not working so six people crammed into the other tub which was cold. Pool was not useable due to a class going on. This is fine but don’t charge for full usage of facilities when you can’t use the facilities.
Relaxation room is next to the pool blasting music and not relaxing at all. Most water beds are freezing cold which is annoying.
Thinking of skipping the buffet lunch because my expectations are so low.
Do yourself a favor - skip the Vale, pay a little extra and go to Langley Hall so you can relax
