Amazing value for money, gorgeous spa day

点评：We had a lovely spa afternoon with afternoon tea and treatments. The jacuzzi, steam room and sauna facilities are clean and lovely, perfect temperature and relatively quiet so there was always space for 4 of us. The pool is slightly warmer than most leisure centre/gym pools but cold for my personal liking as I'm not much of a swimmer but it was a really good size pool with lovely relaxation areas around and views outside. I would imagine the pool is the perfect temperature for those that wish to do a few laps but we prefer jacuzzi temperatures for relaxing. The pool are along with the rest of the spa area and the rest of the hotel are also very pretty with nice sparkly deep blue tiles and decor. The changing rooms were also clean and had roomy lockers with a digital keypad for safely storing belongings. Robes, towels and slippers clean and soft. The relaxation rooms/dry spa facilities were also lovely, so much space to relax including a seating area with lots of quiet corners, atmospheric lighting, music and perfect temperature. Drinking water and fresh fruit available in the relaxation room. The quiet relaxation area was lovely and quiet with water beds and memory foam mattresses to relax on with throws and blankets to get comfortable. The afternoon tea buffet was delicious with a good selection, presented very well and they were even able to provide a separate vegan afternoon tea platter for one of our party at short notice as we didn't realise we needed to ask in advance. Tea and coffee were also served to our table, nice and hot. The treatments were very good, I had the mud massage which was truly relaxing. All staff were friendly and chatty and nothing too much trouble. Nice big car park with plenty of space. Overall, amazing value for money and I would highly recommend. I will definitely be back for a full spa day and hotel stay.
