点评:I will give 1 star just because of the bad management of the reception and rude stuff with bored faces. Totally unresponsive for the customers. 4-5 unorganised people were in the reception with long quee in front of them. Finally when was our turn to buy tickets I asked if canteen is still working lady with arrogant woice said "I really don't know. I am working at the recepcion." Please change manager and learn recepcionist that customers should be in the FOCUS. These people are customers first contact with this bath, should be polite, responsive and better organized. Bath itself is gorgeus with amating architecture. I am coming here from 2015 and it is pitty for such a nice place to have such a bad expirience due to lack of management. I am wondering if this was a private bath will they ackt the same.
