点评:A rather expensive and underwhelming museum in a former galley shed on the Island of Djurgården. It presents a range of unimpressive exhibits relating to the drinking culture in Sweden. We found the historical part about alcohol smuggling and clandestine distillation during a prohibition-like period in Sweden to be the most interesting. The inventiveness of some smugglers was amazing. We were looking forward to seeing the Absolut Art Collection but were told, at the end of our visit, that that section was temporarily closed to prepare a new exhibition. The Spritmuseum’s restaurant was also closed. Back home, we noticed that many of the five-bullet reviews that tricked us into visiting this museum in the first place had been written by people who had booked a special event or a special guided tour with tasting or even stated they hadn’t visited the museum but only had dinner at the restaurant or a drink in the outdoor area. Tripadvisor told us these reviews comply with the submission guidelines. Good news, isn’t is, we can all spare ourselves the effort to visit a museum before reviewing it.
