AVOID Paragliding with them NO Health & Safety Checks

点评：1. This agency ONLY wants people to pay and book for their paragliding. They do not do any checks on Health & Safety, no medical advisory or who might not be eligible to actual do this activity. They also promised that the pilot knew good English but the pilots provided barely communicated in English.
2. Pilot hired by this agency: I had a horrifying experience with the pilot allocated to me. My leg folded during take off as to the pilot stepping on my trainers. All this happened at the edge of the launch pad. He got anger and started swearing in Turkish only managed to ask ,”Broken?” And started swearing again and said that I will not my money back. He did not even check if I was okay or fit for any other try.
Unfortunately, I did not realised that I suffered a ruptured ligament as I was in shock. Had the pilot bothered to check on me properly, we wouldn’t have tried again causing further damage to my injury. Also, the pilot and his helper left me at the edge of the launch pad to get up by myself with me strapped to the (heavy) bucket seat. The climb back the launch pad slope was hard as my legs kept on buckling and crashed couple of time.
3. Aftermath: Reported this back to agency and other than trying to pin the blame on me they only apologised once but didn’t offer any REFUND for terrible service, pilot and accident causing ligament tear!
TBH I am lucky to be alive and recovery has been slow and painful!!!
I would advise to avoid this agency and the likes which you will find on the Olidenz high street who do not go through basic checks on H&S and medical exceptions.
