点评：We were told to enter through back door to avoid stairs. The door wasl ocked. We were attending a wedding reception and staff were very friendly and helpful....but the meal...instead of a waitress going to each table and taking their orders and serving them so that all received their food at the same time all the wautresses walked round the room calling out who ordered what item! When we eventually received my soup and had eaten over half of it I was asked by a waitress if I wanted a roll which I accepted. When it arrives I had finished my soup. The main course was a repeat each waitress walking round the room calling out who ordered Roast Beef and the rest of the menu items. I received my roast beef and the plate was cold, and so we're the beef, mashed potatoes and the vegetables which were the only items which were hot in their dish.the coffee eventually arrived and I mistakenly added a small amount of milk. That made the coffee tepid. When all the plates were being collected I noticed that almost all of them had quite a lot of food on them. Surely the management should have wondered why this was being refused
