点评:It was a very cold and wet evening in February when we went to see the Bib Dylan film, and met up with a friend who struggles with the long winter nights on there own. It was his birthday so we had something to eat there too.
We went into the cinema and it was deserted, no staff or customers, we waited for 5 minutes then a member of staff appeared, they never mentioned any need to log the vehicle for parking, and we didn’t know about any parking limitations if no longer than 4 hours.
We enjoyed the film.
A week later we both get a parking fine of £40, I appealed by post with proof of purchasing the tickets and food we’d bought. Two weeks went by and I get a new fine of £100 so I appeal online this time. Then two weeks after the second appeal they send a letter reducing it to £20 as they acknowledge that we are genuine customers but there is an over stay to pay.
We will never go back and we used to go three or four times a year as a group of friends. Its a shame the Llandudno cinema is on its knees, why do they have to use such bullyboy parking firms.
