点评：The memorial is done fairly well. The bronze statues are very well done. The fact these are 10 feet tall really makes them stand out, pardon the pun.
Unfortunately, much of the area surrounding it were under renovation so that ruined part of the memorial photo opportunities. Hopefully they do a good job on the work that is underway.
The nearby museum is very basic but it’s worth a look. It’s very clean and well maintained. Staff are very friendly. Has a decent amount of information on all the tourist attractions in.all the surrounding provinces.
Definitely a must do in Tacloban and we are glad we visited.
The only downside is the horrible state of the public toilets next to the food stalls area. I have lived in Asia for 30+ years and this was horrendous. There are toilets in the museum thank goodness.
