Very poor experience. Don’t waste your money
Spa at Wynyard Hall的点评
点评：My sister bought me afternoon tea and spa for my birthday.
We attended yesterday. Having been several times before, we were looking forward to having a relaxing time.
Unfortunately, it was far from relaxing.
The staff were lovely and afternoon tea was nice.
Sadly can’t say the same about the spa.
The hot tub had been replaced since we we last there. It is tiny, comfortable for only 2 people at most. The water was lukewarm. We spent less than 5 minutes in it as too cold to sit in.
We then went into the jacuzzi. Sadly, this wasn’t working either. No jets working so it was basically a hot bath.
There is clearly an issue with the sewerage as the smell in the changing room was disgusting !!!
The quiet room which is usually warm to relax in was cold.
And to top it off the showers were less than powerful. The water flow was terrible.
We will never ever return. It was such a poor experience and far from relaxing.
