This is now all digital pay parking for Parklinq for visitors to park on the Kapalua land.
We saw 5 parkling lots all managed by Parklinq and the violators are towed . No overnight parking.
D T Fleming Park is the north end of the Kapalua Coastal trail.
The complete trail is 1.76 miles.
There are different parking options at DT Fleming Beach Park. There is Parklinq for $29 .
Or approximately 20 free County parking spot in a lot., 20 picnic tables , shower, restrooms and a lifeguard in this 3.4 acre park.
Talk to the lifeguard as there are tricky undertows. This is the north terminus of the coastal trail walk.
The coastal trail is a dirt walk along the Kapalua coastline. A little slippery in parts.
