点评：Disappointed Valentine dinner event. This review is for the management of Chattooga Belle. I've been to this farm, restaurant and distillery several times with family, friends and out of town guests. The experience and the food has always been amazing.
Issues and recommendations:
Dining area was cold, servers kept doors open for their convenience. In the future add space heaters. Food served on plastic plates with paper napkins. Silverware not refreshed between courses. For this event it should be real plates and linen napkins. The food was cold, appetizer and main course, however the salad was excellent. Dessert appeared store bought and served on plastic
ware. Also, coffee should be offered with dessert. Could have had a higher quality wine selection. Upgrade the wine limit to 2 glasses with a better quality wine. Add a cash bar for patrons wanting additional beverages.
Increase event prices, add outdoor lighting and have entertainment for dancing, even if just a guitarist playing music. People will pay the additional price for a total quality experience.
