点评：Sunday 12th January we landed at Maurice Bishop International Airport Grenada at the start of our two week holiday on the Island.
When booking our holiday with British Airways, we also booked a private transfer from the airport to our Hotel.
Once we cleared Immigration and Customs we walked out into the Arrivals area where we were met by the effervescent Leslie Ann, who welcomed us to Grenada and introduced us to our driver, Kamal.
The mini bus was comfortable and in pristine condition. During our short transfer to the Hotel our driver was full of chat. He spoke passionately about the Island, places to see and things to do.
On arrival at the Airport we were given a letter, from the Company, we were invited to an informal meeting at 11.15 the next morning, in the Hotel, with a member of the Team. It also provided a details of the tours and trips that could be booked.
We turned up at the appointed time and had a very informative chat with one of the Team.
Representatives from the Company also visited the hotel on regular basis, at appointed times, to assist Guests to book trips and provide information.
A few days later we booked a couple of trips with Janelle, all very easy. We were given our tickets, advised what we needed to bring and the pick-up times.
Saturday morning 25th January, the day before our flight home, a letter was pushed through our door. It informed us that our pick up time would be at 16.05 for our 18.45 flight on Sunday.
Our taxi turned up on time and whisked us the short journey back to the Airport.
Everyone we spoke to from the Company were friendly, helpful and professional. Our transfers were in clean comfortable vehicles, with friendly drivers and were punctual and reliable.
