点评：We booked Gede last minute, mainly because we didn’t finalize our travel plans until December due to a last minute travel change.
I reached out via WhatsApp once we finalized our plan and despite what I calculated was very very early morning in Bali, he responded right away, and we finalized the airport pick up. He confirmed the day prior, which was appreciated.
We had been to Bali so we didn’t really have set plans, and he was very flexible in working with us. We didn’t want to do a lot of tourist spots as we had previously visited, and honestly, the only thing the Dude was interested in was to see monkeys. So we went to a Monkey Forrest in Ubud one day and another temple which named I can remember right now that also has loose monkeys running around the next day.
The car was also very comfortable and clean. I must also add that we both were suffering from Bali belly when we were here so it was super important that the ride was comfortable, and it was. We had Gede driving one day, his cousin one day with Gede as the main guide and his brother during the airport drop off, and they were all very very nice, friendly and excellent drivers. That’s a big deal if you know what traffic in Bali is like.
We will highly recommend Gede for your transportation needs. Friendly, accommodating, a safe driver, and most importantly, you are supporting a small family business as opposed to a big company that is hiring out.
Thank you Gede for your hospitality - he even brought us a homemade “arak” which unfortunately we had to give back to him because we both were suffering from Bali Belly and alcohol didn’t help. But we appreciated the thought :)
