点评:Absolute worst experience ever. Received a spiral hair perm that completely fell out in less than 2 weeks. Come to find out the stylist had not done a hair perm since she was in beauty school - 17 years ago - nope not one, mine was the first. Honestly, I could get over that if they would have fixed it, but not even close. The Salon Manager Wendy was absolutely rude would not do anything, then spoke to the GM (in person) who would not hear anything I had to say just that the Salon Manager already told me they were not going to do anything. Today I was going to file a complaint with the State Board of Cosmetology but needed the last name of the sylist and manager. I called the Salon and spoke with Salon Manager Wendy who hung up on me when I asked for the Stylist last name! Wow - that is some customer service! Know if you go here and have a problem - that is the service you will get!
