点评:We had booked our Lakshadweep cruise for May 2025 in the month of December 2024 - 6 months in advance - all of us in the group paid the same amount, but two of us were given the tiniest ocean facing rooms with a small window - while the others had got big spacious rooms with large rectangular windows. We realised this when we boarded the cruise, but the staff there refused to help. After a lot of arguments, they gave me an email id to which i was supposed to raise my concern. After disembarking, I mailed that id multiple times, but NO ONE ever replied back.
Their customer service is very very bad - once you pay up, they attend to any complaint or concern.
Their swimming pool was out of service for all the 5 days.
My advice to everyone - Make sure you get your room allotted the moment you book your tickets and DO NOT pay the same price for a smaller room.
