pro con advice- my experience wandering on cold rainy night

* This is a major recreational and entertainment area for locals as well as tourists
* There are many restaurants and up-scale stores as well as entertainment venues
* A boardwalk built adjacent to the rocky coat of the Mediterranean Sea
* Suitable for walking, jogging, running, exercise and biking
CON
* Stuff is expensive
* Beware of random rapidly moving bicycles- both pedal operated as well as motorized
* Parking is difficult, crowded, convoluted, random often inaccessible and heavily gated and expensive
" I VISTED THIS PLACE"....
... because we went to the restaurant Rachel for a family commemoration/celebration. Afterwards, they went to a concert venue and I wandered around. It was cold. I saw other people including girls standing at the edge of the boardwalk to get drenched by the crashing waves against the seashore barriers and i also saw Chabad Lubavitch Sit emissaries distributing free donuts (see my "helpful" ✔️ photos 📷).
WAS IT WORTH THE COST?
It is free to be there (but parking costs and so does anything else that you would want to do)
WOULD "I VISIT THE PLACE" AGAIN?

* Go because it is scenic and pleasant to stroll there
* Be aware of bicycles
* Know that anything there is expensive
* Know that parking is complicated and frustrating and expensive
