Great Spot to get Pictures in Dotonbori

点评：This is easily one of the best spots to get pictures of the canal and neon signs of Dotonbori. We visited in the late afternoon before it got too busy as we had visited the area on a previous trip to Osaka. We got some fun pictures on the north side of the canal with the Glico Man and enjoyed walking around the area. Other highlights of Dotonbori are nearby like the Don Quijote ferris wheel and just north of here is the Shinsaibashi-Suji Shopping Street
We would recommend spending at least 15 minutes in the bridge area and at least one area in the Dotonbori area. If you are shopping for souvenirs or eating some food we would recommend spending even more time in the area.
We found the Namba Station was the most convenient to access the area and we also stayed in a hotel on the north side because we found the area was convenient to stay in with its central location for our itinerary. The area to the north has some affordable hotels and it is relatively quite but staying closer to Dotonbori can get a bit noisy.
