点评:A fantastic museum, well worth a visit. The building's architecture itself is nothing impressive, but the collection of Turrell works is all the more so. Wine lovers will also be delighted by the bodega and the tastings. The entrance fees are steep and top many private first-class museums wordlwide (as of January 2025: USD 60 per person; for comparison: Fondation Beyeler less then USD 25, Museum Frieder Burda USD 25, Fundaçao Serralves/Porto USD 20). The journey from Molinos on a natural road, partly on a rough washboard track, is scenically excellent and a challenge for the inexperienced, even if it can be mastered with a normal car in good weather. In view of the entrance fees for the museum and most of the wines, the owner could easily spare a few dollars to freshen up the worst parts of the slope. Be that as it may, if you have time and are in the area, you should not miss the James Turrell Museum
