点评:We did the vineyard tour, wine tasting and three course meal. It was a joint birthday treat for myself and parents.
The starter was delicious and very well presented, so we were excited for the other two courses. Pork was the main course and I quickly realised when cutting it that part of it was raw. I checked with my parents and theirs were exactly the same. We showed the waitress and she took all three plates back to the kitchen. After speaking to the chef she came back out with no apology but to say they couldn’t possibly be raw as it had been cooked for 15 hours, despite the evidence of RAW meat.
After waiting 15 mins we were brought out the main dish again. This time it was not raw but it was stone cold, almost like it had been left on the side the whole time!
I’m amazed that any chef would allow undercooked food to leave his kitchen in the first place, let alone sending out the second attempt stone COLD??
It completely ruined the whole experience and put us all off eating anymore. Again no apology.
They took the price of one meal off the bill, but 55 euros for an advacodo starter seems extremely excessive.
