点评:Unfortunately the “magic” wasn’t working when we came (but they still won’t give us a refund). The fault door was announced it “wasn’t working” and had various technicians “working on it”…very magical seeing technicians trying to fix it! We question for about half an hour to see Tom Riddle‘s diary which unfortunately also malfunctioned and was also very “magical” to see a man re-wiring it…NOT! Next the wands weren’t responding to the magic symbols and the pictures were glitching. A lady called Monica insisted that we could come back another day, however, this was our last day in Singapore and we live in the UK so definitely won’t be there again anytime soon! She insisted that I emailed her i’m basically just told me I couldn’t have a refund after I was in the UK. Unfortunately, I have had to leave this review as the experience was a 1/10 and wasn’t “MAGIC” at all. Monica now won’t reply to me via email and completely ignores me. Don’t waste your time or money. I will now be contacting my credit card for a refund.
